Well,I do not pic things (I should start to though xD). but with Pugs I always get bad ppl so there's always need to cover.Never had a subcons run. However,my personal records are not as bad as my fullruns:
sos-10mins (warthful done)
spiker-15mins (warthful done)
LT-15-20 mins (uwg done,not exactly remember when)
emo-20 mins (uwg done)
t1-I don't solo q and I don't t1 much so I don't know my speed at it..
t4-Kinda new to it but I'm pretty ok.I don't fail and I'm about the 12 mins pop (don't center tank yet,need to learn that) so I'm not quick yet.I'm a fast learner though.

Been to a PvE guild.quit because no one did uwsc with me
after that to not active so I'll quit as well.
When did u start playing Guild Wars?
Since 3 years,haven't uwsc-ed (or sc-ed) most of the time.
Why do u want to join [DS]?
I am tired of pugs,looking for a guild that has 99% successful guild runs and quick runs too.
PS:My first assumption is that I won't get in,probably because I don't center tank and I don't have mic and all of that.Even though I don't suicide or true duo,I learn quickly.I hope you will think this through before you decide whether accepting me or not.

well... as you already said yourself you cant have success with this application..
the only position you would be able to play in our guildruns is sos.
we arent using sin t4's (w/e if they can center or not lol), dervish spikers or ele t1's because that are pug thingys...
DS is a guild for experianced & skilled players. of course most of our people learn to get faster in their areas when they are already in ds, but it neverthelessrequires some (big) amount of uw and tactic knowledge to get a chance...
